Crisis is a fact of life. Whether personal crisis such as loss, abuse and financial instability OR the shared reality of national or global tragedy such a terrorism, natural disaster, and pandemic OR something of our own making; Adversity happens to all of us. The key is how we “bounce back” from the event. Psychologists call this resilience.

Let’s explore together.

Enjoy!

Quote

“With everything that has happened to you, you can either feel sorry for yourself or treat what has happened as a gift. Everything is either an opportunity to grow or an obstacle to keep you from growing. You get to choose.”
