I have always had a complicated relationship with goals and goal-setting. When I was first introduced to the concept as a young boy at the library, I became fascinated with it. Now, 60 years later, I still find the idea interesting, but I struggle to consistently implement the process in my life. How about you – do you have a similar experience with goals?

If you don’t have any goals, how can you figure out what you are going to do? How do you figure out where you are going? How do you know when you’re off course and need to change your course, or try a different road?
